How the Voucher Program Works

  1. Pet owner applies for a voucher through our website
  2. We verify eligibility and issue a voucher code
  3. Pet owner contacts your clinic to schedule the surgery
  4. You perform the surgery and submit the voucher code for reimbursement
  5. We reimburse you within 14 business days
Reimbursement rates: We work with each partner to establish fair reimbursement rates based on your standard pricing. Our goal is to make participation financially viable for every practice.
